  • Input Content: We collect the text you provide or the images you upload to be analyzed by our AI model. Uploaded images are converted or processed for text-based analysis and subsequently used for content analysis during the processing phase.

  • Usage Data: We collect information on how the app is accessed and used, including interactions with our AI chat features, screen navigation, and feature usage.

  • Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. While RevenueCat processes transaction data (e.g., purchase status, subscription tier), we do not store your full credit card information. This data is handled by the respective app stores (Google Play Store/Apple App Store).

  • Device Information: We may collect information about the device you are using, including model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

Purpose of Processing: This data is used solely to generate contextual and appropriate dating and chat advice for you.

Data Security: OpenAI does not use the provided data to train its models, and your data is processed in compliance with strict privacy standards. Our application does not permanently store this transmitted data on our servers; once the analysis is complete, the data is purged from RAM (temporary memory).

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services that collect, monitor, and analyze data to improve our service:

10. Nexo Account Deletion Request

1. How to Request Account Deletion If you wish to delete your Nexo account and all associated data, you have two convenient options:

  • Option A (In-App): Open the Nexo app, go to Settings, and tap the “Delete Account” button. This will instantly initiate the permanent removal of your account and related records.

  • Option B (Email): Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Please include the email address associated with your Nexo account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

2. What happens to your data? When you request an account deletion:

  • What is deleted: Your user profile, saved preferences, history of past analyses, and any account credentials will be permanently removed from our databases.

  • Data Handling: Nexo processes your input (images/text) in temporary memory (RAM) for real-time analysis via third-party AI APIs. We do not permanently store your input images or your conversation history on our servers. Once the analysis is complete, these inputs are purged.

  • Retention: No data is retained after the account deletion process is confirmed. There is no recovery period; deletion is final.
